Get rid of drama. Period. No drama. Be professional. Don’t yell at people. Don’t don’t talk about people, talk about data and things that can be measured and quantified.
Leaders who don’t know how to lead talk about people and personalities vs. the business.
Drama sucks the life out of business and might be the number 1 distraction to a leadership team. I I’m going to make shirts that says – Don’t Do Drama (unless of course your in theatre arts)
So, happy Friday. If someone starts talking about someone else, kill it or talk about the role not the person. You’ll see a natural lift in the business.
