We focus on B2B companies selling to other businesses. We've worked with SaaS, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, and everything in between. If you sell to businesses and have a deal size over $10K, we can probably help.

Rarely. We're best suited for companies doing at least $3M in revenue who have product-market fit and are ready to scale. If you're pre-revenue or still figuring out your product, we're probably not the right fit.

Usually within 1-2 weeks. We'll do a kickoff call, audit your current state, and start executing. We don't believe in 90-day onboarding processes - we move fast.

We're flexible. Need PR support? We can bring in a partner. Need a rebrand? We know people. Need something else? Let's talk about it. We're not going to nickel-and-dime you, but we also can't do everything for everyone.

No, and anyone who does is lying. We can't control your product, your pricing, your sales team, or your market. What we can guarantee is that we'll work our asses off, be transparent about what's working and what's not, and make data-driven decisions. If that's not good enough, we're not the right fit.

Everything listed in your tier is included-no hidden fees. If you need something outside your tier (like PR, events, or large-scale content production), we'll either add it as a project or bring in a trusted partner. We're upfront about costs. No surprises on your invoice.

A full-time CMO costs $200K-$350K in salary plus 20-30% equity and benefits. That's $250K-$450K all-in. Our Fractional CMO + Team package is $300K/year and includes execution-not just strategy. You get a CMO plus a team for less than the cost of one hire. And if it's not working, you can cancel. Try doing that with a full-time employee.

Yes. If you need to scale up or down, we'll adjust. If you need to cancel, give us 30 days notice and we'll wrap things up cleanly. We don't trap clients in contracts because we're confident you'll want to stay. Most clients upgrade, not downgrade.
