01 / The assignment
  • Insurance-specific positioning and messaging
  • Targeted cold outbound to agencies
  • Buyer journey and demo conversion

Make the CRM conversation specific to insurance agencies.

InsuredMine sells CRM software to insurance agencies. The engagement brought that audience into focus across positioning, cold outbound and the buying journey. The work was not just to reach more agencies, but to give them a relevant reason to engage and carry that reason into the demo conversation.

02 / The work

Keep the agency buyer in view at every step.

A targeted list cannot compensate for an irrelevant message. A relevant message cannot do the work of a useful demo. RevOasis worked across those transitions, connecting the audience, outreach and sales conversation.

A visual account of the published engagement scope, not an original client dashboard or campaign artifact.

Audience: insurance agencies

Insurance agencies were the target, not an incidental segment of a general SaaS campaign. That focus shaped who the outbound program sought to reach and kept qualification tied to the market InsuredMine serves.

Message: industry relevance

Positioning and messaging used insurance-specific language rather than a broad CRM pitch. The aim was to make the relevance of the conversation clear to an agency buyer before asking for their time.

Outreach: a relevant invitation

Targeted cold outbound put that messaging in front of insurance agencies. Audience selection and the message worked together: reaching the intended market and giving those buyers a reason to consider a demo.

Demo: continue the conversation

Buyer-journey and demo-conversion improvements addressed what happened after interest. Qualification and demo followthrough needed to stay connected to the agency context that made the outreach relevant, rather than start again with a generic product conversation.

Why did industry specificity matter?

An agency buyer should not have to translate a generic CRM pitch into a reason to take a meeting. Industry language helps make that reason legible. Targeting then puts the message in front of the audience it was written for.

The same discipline matters after the response. Qualification asks whether the opportunity fits; the demo should address the context behind the interest. Specificity is useful because it carries through the buying journey, not because an email includes the word insurance.

03 / What changed

More agency leads. Stronger demo conversion.

The original engagement reported growth in pipeline alongside an improvement in demo-to-close performance. Those outcomes span acquisition and sales conversion, reflecting the two sides of the assignment rather than treating lead volume as the whole result.

  • 210% pipeline growth across the engagement.
  • 45% relative improvement in the demo-to-close rate.
  • 3,200 new insurance agency leads generated.
