Demand generation creates and develops relevant buying interest. The next investment depends on what prevents that interest from becoming useful business, not which channel is fashionable.
01
The right buyers do not see the relevance.
Clarify the audience and offer, then choose a route to reach them.
02
Interest arrives, but it does not progress.
Inspect the promise, destination, qualification and follow-through before buying more traffic.
03
The systems cannot carry the conversation.
Agree definitions and ownership, then repair the records and handoffs that the team depends on.
04
Growth depends on what happens after the sale.
Carry the original promise into adoption, renewal and a specific new need.
Not an ads-only package, and not advice handed off without delivery. RevOasis can own the agreed strategy, implementation and operations alongside your existing team. The scope names which responsibilities belong to whom.
How demand creation, capture and conversion fit together
The buying journey
A channel is a route. The buyer is the point.
One company can need awareness in a new segment, high-intent search in another, and better follow-up for the opportunities already in its CRM. We connect those jobs instead of treating each channel as a separate strategy.
01
Create demand
Be a company your buyers already understand.
Positioning, useful content and sustained distribution give the right accounts a reason to pay attention before they are ready to buy.
Customer and buying-committee research
Positioning, offers and sales narratives
Content, paid social and account-based marketing
Watch: Target-account engagement, qualified responses and buying conversations.
02
Capture demand
Meet the buyer who is looking now.
Match the question, the channel and the offer. Search, targeted outbound and partner motions should open relevant conversations, not inflate an activity report.
Paid search and organic search strategy
Targeted B2B outbound and account development
Landing pages matched to the buying situation
Watch: Qualified opportunities, acquisition cost and source-level pipeline.
03
Convert interest
Make the next step easy. Make it count.
A good first touch needs a useful destination and a reliable follow-through. We connect the website, nurture and sales handoff so interest can become a real opportunity.
Website and funnel conversion
Email nurture, qualification and lead routing
Sales enablement and follow-up workflows
Watch: Inquiry-to-opportunity conversion, response time and pipeline progression.
Revenue operations
The work behind the next opportunity.
Demand generation does not end when someone clicks. A lead needs the right context, a clear owner and a useful next step. The business needs to know which activity becomes pipeline.
CRM and handoffs
Lifecycle stages, qualification, lead routing and sales feedback that match how your team actually works.
Data and attribution
Source definitions, campaign tracking and reporting that connect activity to opportunities without pretending every influence is measurable.
Retention and expansion
Customer onboarding, lifecycle nurture and expansion opportunities feed the demand strategy. Existing customers are part of growth, not an afterthought.
Explore possible starting priorities
Where to begin
What do you want to make possible?
Choose a priority to see the kind of starting work it calls for. We refine the scope with your team and the evidence.
Starting point / Reach a new market
Begin with who buys, and why.
Interview customers, map the buying committee and sharpen the offer. Then choose the smallest useful channel mix to test against the right accounts.
A defined account and buyer profile
Messaging and offer hypotheses
A launch plan with a sales follow-through
The decision: Expand the motion when account fit and qualified conversations support it.
Selected engagement
SwagUp needed an engine for scale.
Demand generation, HubSpot and attribution, and sales enablement supported a larger business. Company annual revenue moved from $10M to $73M during the 18-month engagement.
A business-wide outcome, supported by the revenue systems work.
Review customers, sales history, current campaigns and the systems connecting them. Agree on the objective and what the evidence can tell us.
02
Choose and build the first motion
Define ownership, scope and channel priorities. Prepare the messaging, assets, conversion path and reporting needed to launch coherently.
03
Operate, learn and expand
Review campaign signals with sales. Improve the work, address the next constraint and add capacity or investment when the case is there.
Before we talk
The practical questions.
What is B2B demand generation?+
B2B demand generation builds awareness, interest and buying intent among the companies you want as customers. It connects positioning, content and distribution with demand capture, conversion and sales follow-through. Lead generation is one part of that work, not the entire strategy.
What does RevOasis own?+
We shape the strategy and can execute the campaigns, content, landing pages and systems that support it. Scope depends on the objective, your existing team and the constraint we identify. You work directly with Travis Bjorklund rather than handing the strategy to an account manager.
Can you work with our marketing team, agency or sales team?+
Yes. We decide which responsibilities RevOasis owns and where your team or partners execute. Existing work, customer knowledge and systems are part of the starting point, not something to discard by default.
How do you decide which channels to use?+
We look at your buyers, deal economics, sales cycle, existing demand and evidence from current channels. Paid media, organic search, outbound, ABM and lifecycle work serve different jobs. The plan selects and sequences them rather than promising every channel at once.
How soon should we expect results?+
Timing depends on the starting point and the sales cycle. Improving an existing conversion path is different from building awareness in a new market. We establish the baseline, define early delivery and buying signals, and agree on when pipeline and revenue can reasonably be assessed.
How is the investment determined?+
We scope the responsibilities, systems work and execution capacity first. Media, software and other outside costs are discussed separately. We then discuss the indicative investment and prepare a quote for the agreed work.
