B2B outbound

Start the right conversation.Give sales something to work with.

RevOasis connects account selection, a reason to engage, relevant outreach and qualified sales follow-through. The objective is a conversation your sales team can use, not a meeting-volume report.

For B2B teams ready to build relevant sales conversations around a clear segment, a credible offer and an owner with capacity to follow up.

Led by Travis Bjorklund. Explore the scope, then choose a conversation or a written brief.

The work behind a useful reply

Earn the conversation.
Then carry the context.

A buyer should be able to tell why you wrote to them. Sales should be able to tell why they replied. We build the research, message and handoff together, so neither side has to guess.

For a focused outbound engagement, that means choosing a defensible segment, testing a relevant invitation and making replies somebody's job. More names and more sends are not the strategy.

Illustrative correspondence Not a client record or measured result
02 / First message One specific question

Who sees an inquiry after it reaches a branch?

Your site gives customers a direct route to each location. When a branch cannot respond, is there a shared place for the next person to pick up the conversation?

We help B2B teams connect inquiry context, ownership and follow-up. If that handoff is a priority, would a short comparison of your current route be useful?

Example copy, not sent outreach. Sender identity, permissions, exclusions and opt-out requirements belong in the approved channel setup.
03 / An illustrative response
“We have a central queue, but branch follow-up is inconsistent.”

A relevant reply is the beginning of qualification, not a booked opportunity.

04 / What sales receives

Keep the reason
for the interest.

Known
The buyer describes an existing queue and inconsistent follow-up.
Still to learn
Impact, responsibility, priority and whether our work fits.
Next action
A named sales owner continues that conversation with the original question and reply attached.

What we build with you

Account criteria, a reviewed cohort, message variants, a reply playbook and a handoff sales can accept. We review response quality and opportunity progression alongside sending health. Software, data and channel costs are agreed separately.

The operating model

A campaign is a chain of decisions.

Follow an account from selection to sales acceptance. Each stage needs an artifact, an owner and enough evidence to justify the next step. Select a stage to inspect the work.

Illustrative operating model, not a live campaign. Channel selection and operating responsibilities are agreed for each engagement.

Choose a campaign stage
Stage 1 of 5 / Account fit

Choose accounts sales would want.

Turn the ideal customer profile (ICP) into usable selection rules. Inspect a sample for exclusions, source quality and the buyer roles worth understanding.

Resulting artifact
A defined group of target accounts, with sources, inclusion and exclusion rules, and buying-role notes.
Ownership
RevOasis prepares selection; your commercial owner approves account fit.
Evidence before proceeding
Sample records satisfy the rules, and sales can explain why they belong.
A few useful answers

Choosing the right outbound scope

Browse the decision library ↗
Do you provide lists or work with ours?

Either can be considered, but a list needs inspection before use. We review provenance, account fit, freshness, exclusions and suppression requirements. Purchased access does not establish suitability or permission. The agreed scope determines sourcing work, and third-party data costs are discussed separately.

Do we need an existing sales team?

You need a named person with capacity to qualify interest, hold conversations and maintain opportunity records. That can be an existing salesperson or a founder with an explicit follow-up commitment. We agree ownership and response expectations; outbound is not a substitute for sales coverage.

Which channels are included, and how is compliance handled?

The plan selects channels for the audience and jurisdiction. US CAN-SPAM requirements also cover B2B commercial email; other jurisdictions and channels differ. We scope identity, opt-out and suppression procedures and review sender requirements. Authentication supports responsible operation but does not assure delivery. This is not legal certification.

What counts as a qualified opportunity?

We define sales acceptance together using account fit, relevant need, buying context and an agreed next step. A positive reply is not automatically an opportunity. Sales confirms acceptance in the CRM or returns a reason, allowing targeting and messaging to improve without silently changing the qualification standard.

How soon can we assess the campaign?

Preparation depends on source quality, sender readiness, approvals and sales availability. Delivery and reply handling can be assessed earlier than pipeline progression. We agree review windows against your sales cycle and compare consistent cohorts rather than declaring success from a few early replies or promising a launch-to-revenue timetable.

How is investment scoped?

We price the agreed research, preparation, operation and reporting responsibilities after reviewing the starting point. Data, campaign tools and other approved outside costs are separate. If the offer or sales follow-up is not ready, the recommendation may be foundational demand generation work before an outbound campaign.
