“A qualified buyer is ready to purchase.”
The model has converted interest into qualification and a review window into a commitment.
Do not route this as a sales-ready opportunity.RevOasis designs bounded AI-assisted workflows for revenue teams. Use approved information to prepare research, organize follow-through or support triage, while people retain responsibility for consequential decisions and external action.
For revenue teams ready to reduce repetitive work with verifiable inputs, a named reviewer and manageable error costs. Start with one task worth improving.
Led by Travis Bjorklund. Explore the scope, then choose a conversation or a written brief.
Connect a repeatable business task to approved information, useful output and the person responsible for acting on it. We build the workflow around that job, then test whether assistance actually reduces total effort once review and correction are included.
“We need reporting across our regional teams. We are reviewing options this quarter.”
The contact form names a company and role, but gives no budget or purchasing authority.
The model has converted interest into qualification and a review window into a commitment.
Do not route this as a sales-ready opportunity.Timing: this quarter. Budget, authority and fit: not established. Suggested next question: which reporting workflow needs to change?
Keep the original request beside the summary. That gap is why evaluation belongs in the build. We test realistic examples, incomplete inputs and contradictions before connecting the output to consequential actions. A person needs to see the evidence and be able to reject the recommendation.
Compare three manual tasks with a proposed assisted path. Change source completeness to see where the workflow must stop. The examples show the decisions and review points, not a live automation.
Illustrative workflow, not a live agent or a client implementation. Review remains explicit in both source conditions.
A salesperson checks identity, evidence and relevance before using the brief. A prepared brief is not permission to contact anyone.
Source checks pass: present the draft for approval. No outreach is sent by this workflow.
Compare completed, accepted work with the manual baseline. If a stable rule or template solves the task, use it. A workflow that needs more checking than it saves is not an improvement.
The agreed build can include input and output contracts, configured connections, evaluation examples, review controls and an operating guide. Data handling and provider terms are checked for the selected tools. Maintenance and usage are separate scope decisions.
Not necessarily. The starting point is an operational task with defined inputs, outputs, ownership and exceptions. It may have no chat interface at all. A conversational surface is useful only when it helps the task; it does not replace validation, permissions or a reviewable record of what happened.
If a stable rule, template or conventional integration solves the problem reliably, that is often the better choice. Low-volume tasks may not justify maintenance overhead. Highly sensitive or ambiguous work may remain manual when the cost of an error outweighs the value of assistance, even with review.
Possibly, after checking actual licenses, APIs, permissions and action controls. We start with your existing stack and approved vendors rather than promising universal connectivity. Some useful workflows prepare a reviewed artifact without writing back to a system. A missing integration can change the scope or make the task unsuitable.
We define approved data, minimum access and where information may travel. Retention, training use, residency and security settings depend on the selected vendor, contract and configuration. Those details require verification before sensitive data is included. Only approved data should enter the workflow.
Before an external action or consequential decision in the agreed workflow. Reviewers need source evidence, uncertainty and a way to reject or correct the output. Missing or conflicting evidence holds the task for review. Structured data and approvals help, but neither removes residual model error or prompt-injection risk.
Technical reference: AI workflow safety ↗Investment depends on the task, integrations, evaluation burden and review requirements. We quote an agreed scope; provider usage, tool subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are discussed separately. Models, prompts, APIs and business rules can change, so the handover identifies version ownership, monitoring and when evaluation should be repeated.
