Sometimes you need a clearer direction. Sometimes you need someone to build it. Sometimes you need a senior operator to stay with it.
We scope the relationship around the objective, the responsibility you want us to own and the capacity already inside your business. We discuss an indicative range before developing a scoped quote.
Start with what you want to change. A few choices will turn that ambition into a useful starting brief - and a better first conversation.
What shapes the scope
Responsibility matters more than a task count.
Breadth
One defined workflow is a different remit from connected demand programs, sales handoffs and reporting.
Complexity
Existing systems, data quality, integrations and approval requirements affect the work involved.
Operating responsibility
Advice, implementation and ongoing ownership require different levels of capacity and attention.
Starting conditions
A ready team and clear inputs create a different starting point from work that needs discovery or foundational setup.
How is an engagement priced?
We discuss the objective and likely scope, then an indicative range. A defined initiative may be quoted as a project; continuing ownership may be structured as an ongoing retainer. The proposal sets out the responsibilities, fee, timing and terms for your engagement.
Media spend, software, data and API usage are separate cost considerations. We clarify what is needed, who approves it and how it will be paid before work begins. An operating fee should not leave you guessing about the tools behind it.
When priorities change, we look at sequencing and capacity together. Material changes to scope or fees are discussed before additional commitments are made.
Tell us what you want to change, what your team already owns, the systems in place and any timing or budget considerations. We can work through the rest together.
